Site Has Been Compromised

Solution

A hacker placed ransomware on the server which hosted Shopzpresso several months back, and our team has been tirelessly working to recover the software. We realize that many of you had invested many hours into building your online store and that this attack has cost you dearly.

We want to let you know that:

1. No personal data was stolen in the attack, though it does seem that all data at this point may have been lost.

2. We are committed to making this downtime up to you by providing you with access to ShopZ 2.0 upon its release (AFTER THE SHOPZ 2.0 LAUNCH CLOSES -- you simply will need to write into our help desk and ask for access and provide a copy of your original shopzpresso purchase receipt, or proof that you received it as a bonus; DO NOT WRITE IN FOR ACCESS PRIOR TO THE CLOSE OF THE SHOPZ 2.0 LAUNCH OUR THE TICKET WILL BE REJECTED)
